Please make sure not too tight or too loose to wear collar on the dog's neck, it would hurt dog's neck. The best place is a finger or two snugly in between the contact points and dog's skin.
Caution：
Read the guide thoroughly before operating the training dog device.
The collar should not be worn longer than 12 hours per day.
If possible, please try to re-position the collar on the pet’s neck every 1 to 2 hours.
Take the dog training collar off if you do not train the dog.
If the remote and receiver collar don’t work for a long time, you should charge it fully before keeping it idle, and charging it every month.
If not used for 5 minute, the collar will go to sleep, click any button to wake it up.
